Consisting of Precincts 129, 131, 133 and 207, this northwestern "frontier" of Cocoa holds both promise and critical decision points for responsibly managed growth along the 524 and 528 mainland corridors.

It will be important to connect with and invite all residents, businesses and other stakeholders to take part and be heard in this process as it unfolds.

Mel will maintain this connection between District 3 and City business as a priority, throughout her tenure as councilwoman.
